The orchid looks great in outside lighting. Much more cream colored than bright white.
Yeah I agree. Wish there was black accents on the rear seats. Still not sure on the Blue I need to see it when it's sunny outside.

Like all his videos, best watched with the sound muted. Good to see the interior, though.

According to x-number of sources: 79% of cars have either white, black or gray exterior color and 89% of cars have black interior color. IMHO: the red interior is just too much red and the red exterior does not contrast/complement the lights/badges well!
Thus IMHO, the best/most unique color combo choice is the Apex Blue/Orchid White. You just “red” some colorful facts, so go for the Apex Blue - you’ll not be blue, only your car will be!

Just got some extra points for the orchid interior. My buddy has a 16 Mustang GT with suede inserts in the same spots as the integra tech. His interior is black. And the black suede wears and lightens over time in the butt region. It also shows butt sweat a lot. Makes me not worry about waiting for the blue with black anymore.

So how will the lighter color wear? My current car has light gray fabric and it's stained in almost every seat. I'm not sure what color is best

I’d imagine you wouldn’t see wear being lighter. Any color can stain. But 99% of them can be removed with the right cleaner.

I'm still waiting for a sunny day to stop at a dealership and look at this color combo. I really don't like the red interior on the carbon but I think the exterior will be lower maintenance. I typically wash my car 2 or 3 times a year and live in the snow belt with no garage.

Today the dealership called me to advise that although I am first in line, the allocation they received from Acura does not include any 6MT in Blue. Only CVT is available to him in Blue as of today. My choices for 6MT are Red (ugh no), White/Red, or Liquid Carbon/Black. I turned those down, so dealer dude is looking for a Blue/White manual car (I assume from other dealers) or to find out when the factory will allocate the color combo I’ve requested in my “reservation.”

I can wait; my guess back in November was that I’d get a ‘23 Integra in the October ‘22 timeframe. But at present I anticipate mid-July. The dealer will keep me posted. I told dude that I’ll make a nice sale out of this…Want heated steering wheel, lighted front A-emblem, and other stuff.

dealership—Acura of Santa Barbara …super nice so far!

Very strange. Acura allocated exactly what was reserved. If you reserved a blue 6MT then they would have ordered that combo and acura would confirm it.

Has Acura of Santa Barbara said anything about ADM?

Additional Dealer Markup. Dealers like to call it a “Market Adjustment” though. They think it sounds more justifiable.

Just ordered the rear seat pet protectors. 08Z41-3S5-210. The cover the entire rear seat and headrests based on the picture the parts department had. It’ll be here in 2 days, so before my car. Now I won’t worry about the orchid seats in the back with the kids.
