The other day my Car Play stopped working. I tried everything from reinstalling the phone and and checking all the settings. My phone has the latest update also. Another person at work had the same thing happen in his Toyota. Anyone else have a problem?

If you're coworker with the Toyota has the exact same issue, it's clear this is not an Acura problem but an Apple problem.

Could try resetting the infotainment:
1 Hold home+power+previous
2 Tap detailed information and settings
3 Hold back+power+previous
4 Tap system reboot

I'm guessing the reboot will wipe out all my settings. I will give it a try.

See if your car has the latest over the air update. It takes awhile to load and reset.

This happened to me a couple weeks ago. I tried everything.

You have to reset the car’s infotainment to get it working again.

Delete the car from your phones Bluetooth and CarPlay > Factory reset your infotainment (takes about 10 minutes) > Pair the phone as normal

You’ll need to do all of your personal settings again, including your Individual Driving Mode.

I just reset my audio settings. Didn't look at the others yet

Push the volume knob in, I think. Did this awhile back... can't remember. I believe if you press and hold all 3 it opens a diagnostic menu, and then you can restart it.

Put it into comfort mode and back to regular. Unplug the cable and plug it back in. Turn off VPN. Turn on bluetooth and wifi.
