Catless downpipe (No Tune)

There’s a jailbreak event at the hondata HQ in December, I have a catless downpipe but haven’t installed yet but I’m debating whether to install it before they jailbreak it or after.

do you guys think I’ll cause any sort of minor damage in the engine due to still having the factory tune?or do you think I’ll be fine? I know it’ll probably trigger the CEL even though I have a spark plug fouler but I know it’ll go away after the jailbreak when I disable the secondary o2

You will be ok to install it prior.
At the event, you can select the map that fits your set up such as a downpipe.

I am thinking of going to this event and hob nobbin with other its owners in the afternoon.
Maybe other local socal S board members will go

Thanks for the reply, are you already jail broken and you just want to meet up with other ITS owners or you want to jailbreak your ecu too?
& okay I’ll install it I just have to wait for the turbo blanket I ordered, just to knock it all out in one install.

I already have mine jail broken so it would be a meet n greet for me.
