They should take care of you under warranty because that is really strange and definately not supposed to happen. Sounds like something may be amiss. If they don’t you could always complain to Honda corporate and find a new dealer who would take the warranty work. I’m curious what it could be
Unfortunately for me there is precisely 1 Acura dealership within 30 minutes. The next closest one would be almost 2 hours away.

I'm not even sure how this is possible still.

Had my CF spoiler replaced about a year ago for that issue. When I took it in I mentioned it the service advisor and he already knew what I was talking about. They just had to send pictures for warranty approval and they replaced it for me. It’s been a year now with the new one and no issue with this one (last one I had that deteriorated was on for like 8 months before it showed signs of primer paint from underneath).
Yeah the manager knew exactly when I talked to them, and even said they replaced one the other day (though he didn't say if it was warranty or not).

But they said they sent it up through the chain and said either I scraped it or the dealership (2+ hours away that I got it from) did.

Communicated with Acura client relations, and I'll have to continue to advocate for myself when they get back to me.

:( damn that’s rough
Yep, though I didn't forsee having HVAC and accessory issues 4 months into ownership.

The lone local dealer said the ITS was difficult to get, but asked for a deposit with the chance they could do a dealer swap but we're very vague on details so I just took a 2 hour trip instead.

Yeah you take the chances that the car is all good but of course something would go wrong; I’m sorry to hear it all. It’ll be a huge relief once solved and corrected though!

Yep, it's a pain in the ass but I'm sure all will be resolved. Have an appointment 7:30am this Friday for the HVAC.

Hopefully Acura client relations works with me on the spoiler issue that's only getting worse.

They def will. Even if you can get some good pics to them or if they can have a rep or the dealer vouch for you saying it’s warranty related. Also search for the topic on here and show them all of the convos with the folks who had the peeling clearcoat. Honda corporate is pretty decent and with the dealers backing, they’d be sure to take care of you asap
