@norsairius they replaced my entire ECU harness and did the same flash. The car feels pretty good and has NOT had a issue since I got it back. But I am still under 5K miles.

Update #8:
Dec 12th: Car threw another check engine light.
Dec 13th: Drop off at dealer, since this was the 3rd CEL since ownership, so Acura kept it and called corporate and they sent a Honda Engineer.
Dec 15th: Engineer arrives and runs multiple tests and decides - Engine...

They flashed ECU and CEL is gone. But engine feels a bit strange.
Question to everyone here:
- Does your vehicle make positive PSI in comfort mode when at 4K RPM?
- How hard do you have to step on the gas to get positive PSI with the engine in Sport+?

Sorry for the delay, just got out of the hospital
Acura gave me additional Acura Care as compensation on Nov 4th.
CEL came back on again this Sunday at 1418 miles, same symptom. On 4th restart it was gone.
Dealer scanned and it was same problem as before, they cleared codes and...

The vehicle with the new camshaft sensor works well and seems to be back to normal. This is based on feedback from my friend who drove it back from the dealer.

Just got off the phone with Honda/Acura corporate:
My original case manager punted me to a "Backorder Manager". As they are quite certain a new camshaft sensor will fix this problem and my "true" issue is just a backordered part.

@zooka thanks for the vid - looks like idle is similar but in 3,4 gear I am stuck at -5 PSI even at 3-5K RPM.
@NSXavier thanks for the videos and your thoughts. I have no doubt you are on to something; your skills and experience could probably resolve this quickly. At this point, I rather either Honda figures it out or do right by me.

Car now has 1200 miles on it due to work and errands (what a car was meant to do).
Attached are videos of the boost pressure under idle/parked and acceleration. Note the lack of CEL or any warnings. That is so strange...

DTC P0344 - Intermittent CMP sensor A circuit (Camshaft Sensor), will need to replaced and part has been ordered; no ETA shared yet.
No loaner available nor rental reimbursement from dealer still using vehicle which sucks. Which has me concerned.
