No idea. I asked my service advisor and it wasn't something he knew either.@AsianEd Hey did your tech perform this TSB?

@Rikdrt1 any update on your ITS?
Ask them to perform it and see if the issue goes away. Good Luck!No idea. I asked my service advisor and it wasn't something he knew either.
A bit too late now, one fuel pump ready replaced and one more to go... I'm glad I have a loaner (TLX ASpec), but I'm ready to have my car back.Ask them to perform it and see if the issue goes away. Good Luck!
I actually don't know. There's no mention of a software problem in the diagnostic notes. Also, the codes my car threw to indicate a problem didn't match the symptoms in the service bulletin, so they likely didn't go down that route for remediation. My car specifically started with P0087, indicating a low pressure fuel pump problem. Diagnostics showed this to be the case, as both the low and high pressure pumps were operating below spec.ugh, the fuel pumps probably weren't even the cause to begin with right? Probably software gremlins or air leak somewhere. Hate that you have to deal with this, thanks for sharing for the benefit of all of us.
