I got this installed as soon as it showed up. Only took a few days. TOTALLY worth it. I do NOT miss the piano black. Looks OEM and matches the stock interior 100%. I'd post a pic but it looks just like everyone else's. :)

Thanks man.
IF I drop it I'm going to do H&Rs. This is my daily though and I need to drive it in the winter so I'm really on the fence about dropping it at all. I've already got one car that's too low (MX-5 RF on Meister R full coils) so I don't need two and I don't have a place to put a fourth...
I'm sure I'll damage one eventually. Luckily I haven't bent a wheel yet. I also haven't dropped a phone and smashed the screen on it since I started using smartphones in the mid 2000's but I've come REALLY close a couple times. haha

Some of these types of filters are washable and re-usable (with oil) and some aren't designed to be re-used, so you'd have to buy a replacement. It depends on the intake manufacturer and which filter element they use.
I ordered this last Thursday and it came yesterday. Impressive for shipping in less than a week from Taiwan. It was packaged SUPER well in heavy duty corrugated box and came in perfect condition. The carbon pieces were even wrapped in nylon bags. The gasket for the heat shield was pre-installed...
