I saw these on a FB post. Not sure if thrown together by the person who posted it or not but figured i'd share it here.

So 2ft^3 less than the Civic hatch with the seats up? Wonder what seats down space is like. Hopefully Straight Pipes does their box test on it or someone else at least.

I might have missed this in all of the comments, so I apologize if so. Do we know if the full color suite is available when we order. The preorder did not have a lot of color options available. For example, i know red is an option, but it was not on the reserve. What am I missing? And can i get super sonic blue Perl (LOL)?

Looks like you'll have to sit out of preorders if you want a different configuration.

Awesome, thank you.

Personally, I am really excited. I get the fact that we are not getting a 2 door and that could be consider a big miss. I think Acura knows that and might explain why they didnt even reference the DC2 model. This car got a TON of hate when it was launched back in November and I think they missed the mark on the color. That silver looks pretty amazing and so does the blue. Also, I was shocked at the number of options that come with the A-spec package. I am coming out of a GS350 and getting into this. The interior decisions are the same, the tech is better, and all I am missing is my heated steering wheel that will be offered as a dealer option.

When I talked to my dealer today, he explained to me the actual order process. Apparently the reservation system we did today was simply a “lead” for the dealership. He said that Acura will take all of this information and then send it to your chosen dealer. They will call you with details and when you can order. It does not put your place in line or anything Since that is done at the dealer level. Basically, you will get your car, but you can configure it as you want. For me, I am the first person on his integra board and will make a customer order at MSRP when it opens up. I hope that helps info helps you all out. Basically, you might have other color options when you order.

Great to know. Thanks for providing insight!

I knew it. Honda isn't developing an AWD system for the Acura Integra. They are going to engineer the car to take an FWD platform for the 1.5L and 2.0L engines.

I mean it being FWD with the 1.5t was always expected and well known, the only questions was if the Type-S would get AWD or not, and which 2.0t.

I still don’t think Type S will get AWD. The hump that we see in the back seat tunnel is only for the Exhaust to pass through.

Honestly if they keep it as close to the CTR as they did the civic I wouldn’t mind at all for the Type S.

Quite literally just take the current CTR and give it luxury + Integra sheet metal. The added weight will make it slower than the CTR so it remains king. I’d be pretty happy with that

A couple first thoughts. The exterior looks way better now that we've seen it in different colors and the A spec. I actually looks good. I was honestly not digging it before. I still think similarly of the interior. I do like the 16 speaker els and Ambient lighting they included. I still wish it looked a little more Acura. I also find it absolutely wild that the 7 inch screen is on the base model. Most vehicles at 30k have bigger screens and the 9 inch screen isn't even that fast or anything from reviews. Still I wish it had more than 200 hp and it included last year's DCT. Also we don't get the LSD on the CVT so it will likely handle similar to a normal Civic
With the base or base aspec yes. The auto will have average handling. The tech has adaptive dampers. So it’ll be good.

And like I was thinking. The CVT is sport tuned. Aka fake shifts. And it has paddle shifters so that’s cool. Wasn’t expecting the HUD either.

Really frustrated the black interior is limited to blsck exterior.
No pricing and 4 colors. I knew they really were limiting initial builds but it’s crazy

I did get my email confirmation and card charged but the web page Crashed after payment was submitted
Same here. On the final page submission it took forever. Right at 1:01pm EST. Then it said “how embarrassing, we’ve encountered an error. Please try again.”

I was in the process of trying again and about to submit again with my payment info when the email confirmation came. So I never saw the confirmation page. And my dealer confirmed they see the preorder. First one they got in.
