Interestingly enough, it's 80-140mph speed is almost identical to my '24 GRC. They are both right at 17 seconds.

Nice. Is it completely stock?

I'm super curious to see the difference between the type R and ITS at even higher speeds. C&D's 0-150-0 had the CTR perform poorly at 145+ when it switched into 6th gear and the idea was the big wing causes too much drag.

Also very curious about the 75-150 time. Does drop a gear and disappear apply to the ITS? Maybe so only with a tune.

Yes, 100% stock. I'll see if I can do higher speed testing down the road as I would also like to see the acceleration ability in 6th gear.

Isn't most of the torque in the 3k-4k rpm range? Is it better to redline before the shift?

Yes because when you shift into the next gear you're higher in the powerband.

I think it's probably optimal somewhere around 6500.

Power starts falling off around that point, and torque does well before. As long as you don't drop below ~4k post-shift, you're not losing anything.

No, you want to remain as close to horsepower peak as possible for maximum acceleration. I believe that’s 6,500rpm so running to 7k redline will keep you near that peak.
