Aftermarket amp

Just here to show that putting a aftermarket amp and lc2i is doable under the trunk mat. Depending on the amp size you will need to cut the foam a bit but still not so bad. I’m powering 2 subwoofers. One in the stock enclosure from the car and another that’s a kicker down firing sub.

@Nycraa - awesome, i am thinking about doing this. I have been hearing mixed things and would love yours and anyone elses opinions on this:
- where did you get teh signal from? from the sub speaker or preamp?
- If you take teh signal from teh sub speaker, will I be missing in lower frequencies the amp may have filtered?

i used the sub connection inside the enclosure.
I used basically 95% of this youtube video to get this setup working.
