I’m personally cleaning my dash with a damp cloth and protecting it with 303 Aerospace.

I still use armor all on synthetic surfaces and leather conditioner on leather. Still has the greasy texture but I've never had a cracked interior component.

Always dust with a dry clean microfiber towel first. Learned it from a coworker years ago and it works great.

I’ll second 303 Aerospace. I’ve found it looks great and does a great job not collecting dust as fast.
