1.5T Don't notice a difference after reducing rev hang on ktuner

Hello All,

I purchased a kTuner to disable rev hang and keep everything else stock. I made the following change:

Kept everything on default (I don't know why under boost target it says 'Custom Boost Level' because I started this tune based off of Factory, but I left it as is).

I don't really notice the rev hang gone. Is there something I'm missing? Did I need to save the tune as a file before uploading?

I emailed support and they said it "reduces, not eliminates."
I get that, but I hardly notice a difference from the tune vs stock. I'm positive the tune went through as the software and logs confirm this.

This is my first time tuning so any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Don't have anything helpful but this part stuck out to me - that's not very good customer service and something for me to consider later.
