Default front position but zip-tied is still the best way to go imo. Can't really imagine anything better (other than no plate of course).

this is nice and all but not $100 nice
Not to justify it, but it is steel, has weight, feels very high quality.
But yeah, I get it, 100$ sucks didn't pay for it, I got it as part of a program I write reviews for so...
Also, isn't it worth$100 to NOT drill holes into your new ITS?

To each his own, I would never put a zip tie on a new car.

I just got my ITS on Monday and am transferring the plates from my 2016 MDX I traded in so they are under the passenger seat for now. However we purchased a 2023 MDX A Spec back in August of last year and I simply did not install the front plate and no one seems to care (TX). My plan is to do the same with my new car, I hear it is a $200 fine of you run into a police officer who cars but you can get it back if you show you installed it. For now I will roll the dice and deal with it if it happens.
