Hey all,

I am curious to know who has the highest mileage on the current Integra with CVT transmission? I'm not much active in the car scene anymore and bought my 2023 model new to replace my old TSX. I don't drive this car much since I have a work vehicle so I have a whooping ~5k miles since buying it in late 2022.

I've had my driver seat squeak annoyingly and it took them multiple attempts to fix that. This along with some rattles are my only gripes (so far). The service advisor at my local dealership is also a car enthusiast and daily drives the Integra. He has about 20K miles on his. He said the highest he's seen is about 50K miles.

It'd be great to hear long term reviews of real owners who has a lot of miles on theirs.

Sorry to hear about the car and hope you didnā€™t get hurt. Did it give you any issues during the course of ownership?

I appreciate that šŸ¤™ relatively unscathed; couldnā€™t gone a lot worse for everyone involved.
No issues aside from a leaking valve cover gasket and sticky steering issue which were both resolved under warranty. I replaced my cvt trans fluid at 27.5k and did my regular oil changes and rotations. New tires were a nice upgrade over the stock Conti tires. Loved the remote start and low speed traffic control of the cvt but enjoying the 6MT although it lacks those features.

Nice! I work in risk management and see many auto accidents that are life changing unfortunately. Cars are replaceable, people are not.

I replaced CVT transmission fluid at the 2 year mark even though I had about 3.5k miles. The technician, who was the car enthusiast, said he would do it every 2 years or 24k miles, whichever is first. He didn't push it on me but it was not too expensive so I got it done.

What new tires did you get? Less road noise? My daily driver is a Chevy Equinox which is quieter than my Integra. When driving on highways, the road noise is more pronounced for sure.

At times I do miss driving stick myself! Traffic says otherwise, lol.

Facts! Iā€™m in the IME space so see a lot of the same.
I got the dws06+ to replace and went with slightly wider and taller sidewall. Felt a little sloppier in the twisties but much quieter and comfy highway driving

The LSD makes the car much more planted in the twisties and pulls hard out of the apex.

Hey! Iā€™m a Honda service advisor. I regularly see (stock) CVT vehicles cross 100k miles. Iā€™ve got a couple highway drivers in HRVs and Civics that have crossed 200k without replacement. In my 2yr experience, I have replaced more torque converters and 6 speeds than I have CVTs, by a lot. I have seen ONE instance of a tuned 11th gen Civic CVT (I think OD was 30-40k) just had its SECOND trans failure, now denied by warranty. Coworker said car was beat on, may not have been tuned and maintained properly. I recommend if you love your car do your CVT fluid every 20k.

Also for tires I can 100% recommend Michelin PS4, I have the all seasons that sound half as loud as stock Contis and ride way way wayyyyy better. Mine are about 4mo/4k mi old and my Integra is lowered with no camber

Anyone with a manual commenting, love you guys youā€™re great, but we all know how reliable a traditional gearbox is. Thanks.

Is the maintenance minder set at 30k intervals for CVT fluid change?

Awesome. Thanks for the insight! I will look into the PS4 when I need new tires. Glad to see these cars last a good while when taken care of.

They actually donā€™t tell us. But yes for most people it will show between 25-35k but Iā€™ve also seen it go to like 50k and people have told me they havenā€™t seen it before, can I believe them is another story. Owners manual on 24 Civic CVT says ā€œif you drive in urban areas with high concentration of sootā€ to change every 25k. Thatā€™s it. Any Honda dealer maintenance service interval is made up by the dealer and what they think is best for the car. Thatā€™s also why you canā€™t find any info whatsoever online

When the tech advisor suggested I do it every 24k miles or 2 years if I plan to keep it long term, the cost was so low that I didnā€™t even care. I donā€™t recall but canā€™t be more than $300.

he didnā€™t push this service onto me. I was asking him for best practice since itā€™s my first CVT.
