Steering wheel shudder on startup

Hello All,
I have noticed that my steering wheel sometimes shudders and vibrates for a moment on startup. This happens only occasionally and not all the time.
Anyone notice this ?

It could be the driver's assist systems running a quick check, as they do steer etc, or caused by the power steering.

Yes I thought that might be it, However it does not happen consistently.
