Used 2024 Integra Base

First time post.

Very interested in buying the 2024 model and while searching, I found the base model in exact color I want with 9,250 miles at $26,000. Carfax history is flawless and it was a leased vehicle. Very clean, still looks new and drives great. Only reservation I have is that it's at a small private dealership and has cigarette odor inside. Owner won't budge on the price saying he already priced it very low. Car obviously is still under the original Acura warranty., 4yr/50,000 basic and 6yr/70,000 powertrain.

Is this a good deal?

The price is decent but I don't have any experience with the base cvt models.

It seems fair. How much more for the Aspec? A decent amount of options maybe worth a few k more

Used 2024 Aspecs are advertised at $4,000-$6,000 more which I don't want to spend.

Odor is a potential dealbreaker for some. Price looks good, but I don't want to hear from my passengers that my car stinks, even if I never notice it.
