Installed the color matched mud guards. Pretty easy install. I did not cut the rear section of the fender liner to add the clip for the rear mud guards (as per the instructions) in case I ever want to remove the mud guards for some reason. I don't want a big hole there. Still holds strong with only two screws.

Good call. I've had mud/splash guards on every car I've owned. It's the only accessory I ordered with the car.

After weeks of waiting, I decided to order them today. I also prefer not to do any major modifications to the fender. Hope I don’t have to go to the dealer to install these.

Super easy install. I did go ahead and cut the liner in the rear and added the brackets. No going back I guess. I considered the 2 screw route too…

Looks good! I have pre-installed color matched (PWP) mudguards from the dealer which were installed when my car was briefly their "demo" vehicle the week they decided to sell it to me. Definitely welcome and permanent.

I was talking to my sales guy today about these. He didn't seem in favor of my choice of putting Majestic Black Pearl ones on the Liquid Carbon Metallic Integra I ordered. I was just starting to get a little annoyed with him until he redeemed himself by telling me they had a car coming with my name on it that is scheduled to be built the 3d week of September.

That's what I'm talking about! The way I see it, the black splash guards go perfectly with the grill, the diffuser, and the deck spoiler. They all complement each other. Even more so on your car with the side skirts.

I had mud guards that style before and after a few years even the SLIGHTEST vibration of them made them slowly rub their way through the paint. Never again unless I put like XPEL or something between them and the body.

My acura dealer said theres only color matched splash guards and I would need to get the majestic black if I wanted that color. I, like you, want that contrast look since all the other accessories are black anyway. So I think that will add to the style of the car. Thanks for your reply.

Check his location - Canada. They can get the non-painted ones. We in the U.S. cannot.
