Had a “reservation” back in December and just put a 1000 deposit down. Sales person told me they’re expecting to get 9 in total this year. 3 for the June launch and 6 in the fall. Strangely, he couldn’t say anything about the colour choices.

Can you share which province or if it was at a higher volume dealership? 9 seems like a pretty solid number considering how limited the CTR is. Gives me hope that I'll be able to get one this year haha.

Yup, it was in Ontario, GTA area. I don't think it's high volume which is why I found it surprising they have that many allocated already. I was told I'll likely get one this year, assuming I can get the color combo I want.

For everyone comparing allocations to the FL5, keep in mind there are about 4 Honda dealerships for every 1 Acura dealer in the US, and closer to 5 Honda dealers for every 1 Acura dealer in Canada.

Most small Honda dealer don’t get the new FL5… their will be more ITS… Acura need to sell this car… they need to sell cars period…

Plus it feels like there’s no shortage of Acura dealers here, in my area anyway. Would be really surprising if the Integra Type S will be anywhere near as limited as the FL5 is.

Yeah I doubt the ITS will be as limited as the FL5, since it's made in Ohio and Acura only exists in North America, so there's no other markets competing for units like with the FL5. But yeah just wanted to make sure folks were aware that it wasn't a 1 to 1 comparison on allocations.

So, I reached out to my local dealer yesterday (outside vancouver proper) and they told me they have "over order" and ITS will be limited production.
just few months ago they only had 4 people in line lol.
I guess im SOL and will see if I will get my allocation from Honda.

Yes, you are SOL until the price is announced. I received calls already from multiple dealers about color options.

I was surprised there weren't that many people in early April when the car was announced again. I thought people who missed the FL5 would jumped right in.

Don't worry, if the MSRP is 60K I am sure many people like me would just bail and you will get your chance.

This will be interesting. With the TLX Type S under 65k you would think the integra would be mid 50k

My dealership in Quebec replied to me that they are still taking order, but they think it will be limited and that demand should be higher than the offering. My conclusion is that Honda don’t want to sell too many cars 😂

From over on the Civic Xi forum consensus seems to be dealers that are sharing are saying they are getting maximum of two at launch if that. This week can’t go by fast enough so we can get more info.

Hey guys, new to the party here. I've been on the Civic forum a while.
Called several dealers here in Ontario when the news came out for the summer release of the ITS. The first 2 said there were already 3-4 ahead of me, the third said I was second in line (first claimed a white one) and I could put a deposit for thier 1st LCM or Black. They asked for 1k down, I signed a bill of sale pending MSRP (if it's above what I can afford, they will refund deposit no questions asked.) But- they added wheel and tire protection, plus obd anti-theft. I asked the sales lady (who seemed genuine, trust me I've haggled a lot of shady sales ppl and thier managers in the past) if I could remove thier add ons in place of other accessories. She said absolutely, as long as they add up to roughly the same amount as the wheel and tire protection plus obd anti theft-sales manager wouldn't have a problem. So we agreed on msrp plus about $800 in accessories. The ceramic coating and ppf will cover that! This particular dealer said Acura has allocated 4 units for them from summer until the end of the year.
I'm excited. Didn't want to wait 2 years for a Type R, and tbh I don't like the wing. Being 43, with kids, my wife would give me a hard time about that spoiler. Plus, I definitely prefer the look and styling of the ITS, and that exhaust note (the current leaks all have it revving with a soft limiter, I'm sure in gear, at high rpms it will sound really good). Looking forward to May 11th! I think that's when pricing will be revealed. You guys think that's true?

I agree, checking internet twice a day for new info. Hoping pricing will come in a little less than the S3, Golf R and AMG A35.
