My dealer has mentioned that other colours besides white or black is coming next year. Has anyone heard that from their dealer? I have an apex blue on order would like to get it sooner then later.

I was told by Kelowna dealer that their next batch (3-4 months from now) is TEP, AB, and another color. Not sure how much they know.. they knew the first two they were getting are white.
I think someone else on this forum also mentioned AB isnt produced until August .. so idk if next year is accurate.

Oh hopefully that’s the case. Would be nice to have a fun daily sooner then later. Got the rdx and realized it’s not for me haha.

Was from the dealer. It was a presentation they received. It didn't have numbers, just bars.

I placed my deposit back in March and also asked for Tiger Eye. Hope I will get my car before or at same time as you. Otherwise I will be very mad.

Hope so too! I was told the current allocations were completely gone, so the only chance of me getting one was for next year (unless of course a bunch of people cancel). Fingers crossed I can get some equity on the current A-Spec, maybe. I don't really need to drive it between now and then, what with a new X1 arriving next week.

thanks, ugh that sucks, my salesperson told me im 2nd in line for AB, I was hoping to be able to get the car this year.. but that may not happen..

I think some others have mentioned different dealers saying AB goes into production in August or something. So you never know. It just depends on if they get an allocation or not if that happens. I don't know why they're planning so few AB.

ya its weird.. it's one of their regular colors, and not like bright yellow/red where take rate is lower.

In the same boat here, detailer said no templates yet, same for tint. They are going to custom cut it.

ya its weird.. it's one of their regular colors, and not like bright yellow/red where take rate is lower.

It could be a case of Acura Canada “ordering”/commissioning fewer Apex Blues and playing it safe with white and black (and carbon). They’re already showing they’re playing the conservative route by not having a cars with Orchid interiors, nor having the copper wheels as an option here.

hopefully when I get my car next year there will be the template. Second in line for an apex blue, but may cave for a liquid carbon or white if it comes available. Are you planning to do a full wrap?

The copper wheels are an option here. I ordered them through my dealer, and they're also available @ acura.ca build&price.

Yeah when I first watched it I thought the same- that they weren't going to be available here.
