Someone in the Civic forums was complaining about steering feel and went back to 19s. I agree the look is exaggerated on the DE5 and the FL5 doesnāt suffer from the same visual issues with smaller wheels, but the driving dynamics are so perfect I donāt want to risk effing that up.100% the car NEEDS a 19. Only FL5ās can pull off an 18 with fat rubber.
Iād imagine it has to do with looks, variety of tire choices for either performance or winter and general trend. Another consideration is higher sidewalls for pothole protection. The torque steer and driving dynamics from going to 18āās is a concern though.Someone in the Civic forums was complaining about steering feel and went back to 19s. Iām actually sort of puzzled why so many FL5 owners do 18s, but it doesnāt matter because Iām 100% doing 19s, especially after seeing your car, same color as mine! Looks amazing.
TE37s are six spokes unless you mean a different wheel. I think they look better on FL5s too.many FL5 drivers like the TE37 five spoke look. I dont think it flows as well for the ITS but it could be that we're a different group that isnt used to the five spoke trend
apparently I cannot count. Good catch lolTE37s are six spokes unless you mean a different wheel. I think they look better on FL5s too.
