Anyone else having issues with pedal spacing when executing a heel toe downshift? I find that the pedal spacing is a bit too far apart for my feet, and I cant execute a neat roll with the foot to blip the gas. Maybe I just have small feet (which I do), and need to buy wider shoes or something.

I know I could use the rev match feature, but prefer to do it the old fashioned way

Acuity makes a pedal spacer, and I believe there might be a couple other options, too.

I agree, the pedal spacing is not great. The Acuity spacer makes a huge difference, I have mine set at setting B which feels the most natural. I think you'll love the mod.

I recommend you use ball end hex keys if you have them when installing.

The acuity spacers only raises the pedal. It doesn't move it closer, which is what I think you're asking for?

I don't like the idea of lifting the throttle because when you're actually using 100-80% pedal pressure (the typical case for aggressive downshifting) the throttle ends up being way too high. If you're doing heel toe on the street with light pedal pressure, then yes you'd want the throttle up more to reach it. At that point why not just slow down the clutch actuation and let the synchro do their job?

The spacer raises the throttle pedal, but it also moves it left and/or down, depending on which position you use.
It's more accurately a pedal "relocater" than a pedal "spacer", as it does more than serve as a spacer (in fact, there is no option to use it strictly as a spacer -- it requires that you reposition the pedal).

Thanks for clarifying. I only saw descriptions about raising it.

The Acuity piece can either raise the pedal, move it to the left, or both. The B position does both.

I have it in that spot, and while I generally think it's better than stock, it does lead to some ankle fatigue on longer drives because of the higher pedal. But it can now be heel-toed on the street.

It's not expensive and it's well made, but I found the install to be challenging, there's just not a lot of space there. Plus I'm old and not very flexible.
