My ITS has 2800 miles on it and got same warnings yesterday: Emissions problem and Rev Match. Dealer said it was a VTC actuator issue. A little anxious since everyone else is reporting issues with the fuel fill instead. Dealer has been nice, just dont like have to fix a new car.
I went with the pilot sport 3+ AS. While a slightly older generation, the size was 275/30/19. I got them at costco and they cause my speedo to be off by less than 1%. The continentals are good since they come in the exact size as the PS4S. I wanted to stay in the Michelin family and purchased...
Our parkways in NY are made of concrete and the car is very noisy. On fresh blacktop, it is fine. Not sure how much is coming from the tires verse limited sound insulation used to keep weight down.
You dont need to be negative. Was looking for people's experience and prices they have gotten for their used tires. Glad you know what used PS4Ss are going for, I didnt.
Just an FYI, in most US climates, you may need all seasons if you pick the car up in March and may have to budget for that. If you pick the car up in April or later, you can probably get away with the PS4S that come on the car.
Any advice where to sell PS4S tires with 2600 miles on them. I swapped them out with AS on my ITS and dont plan to go back.
1. Do you go with FB marketplace, EBay,...?
2. Any idea what the tires are worth?
3. Am I best waiting to spring to sell them?
I live on Long Island for what it is worth
I just bought Pilot A/S3+ at Costco today size: 275/30/19. Surprised Michelin is still supplying them, but appreciate the can be had for $290 (after $100 off coupon) a tire installed. I like Costco's warranty and the size should cause my speedo to be off less than 1%.
For those looking to...
I just ordered Michelin Pilot A/S3+ from Costco. It is a bit of an older design, but got 275/30/19 for $290 a tire. I wanted that size since my speedo will only be off 1% and I wanted to stay in the Michelin family with Costco's warranty.
I disagree and view it as a safety issue. You get out of the car without putting on the brake, the car can roll and hurt/kill someone behind it. It is a lawsuit waiting to happen that a software fix could prevent. Just because you have driven manuals for "45 years" doesn't mean things cant be...
This happened to me today at JFK today. I turned the car off and got out of the car quickly to help a friend put luggage in the car. I noticed it started to roll a little bit. I will not make that mistake twice. Would seem Acura could have left the break hold function on all the time instead...
I have only seen that done at some MSRP dealerships (MSRP only applies to new car sales). They would put it in their loaner fleet for a couple days, then sell it used above MSRP. Some non ADM dealerships can just put add-ons (ie Nitrogen, vin etching,...) to juice their profits if they want...
I wouldnt mind the AS4, but they dont carry the same sizes as the AS3+ which is annoying. Going with the 265/35/19 (AS4) my speedo will be off 4% compared to the 275/30/19 (AS3+) which is only a 1% difference.
was looking for the Michelin 275/30/19 All Seasons. A couple weeks ago Costco sold the A/S3+. That tire is no longer advertised at Costco.com or on the Michelin website. Looks like if I want to keep the factory wheels and want Michelin A/S, it is going to be 265/35/19
I got my Apex Blue and Orchid interior two weeks ago. I love the color combo. The interior gets hot in the sun. Most of the interior is still black with some white/light accents. One thing I wasnt expecting was how much road noise there is compared to an RLX I came out of. I would suggest...
