You were talking to some dinosaurs 😉
Early TPMS systems required a learn procedure with a special tool required to activate the sensor to send the signal while the car was in "pairing mode" (it was almost just like pairing bluetooth devices but required an additional 4 figure tool). Now that we...
Yes. "Rev hang" was implemented to reduce NOx emissions as far back as 2006 IIRC. The delay in throttle plate closure is what you are feeling. IMO the newer the vehicle the worse it is as emissions standards are only getting tighter.
I dont know too much about Milwaukee as I have never owned one, but, with your use scenario it should last longer than 5 years. Do remember though, that cordless have batteries and batteries have a limited life. in general, I expect batteries to decline by 5 years as a general rule. Battery...
Minimally (extremely) invasive running a simple 2 wire relay in series to starter circuit and a cheap Amazon fingerprint scanner. Thank me later (or dont).
So happy your glad with the resolution. I have to ask...the blacked out integra logo with red a..what? Is that something they did or you did? Its like a type r homage but not at all at the same time. I both like it and hate it and am 50/50 on if i want to do the same thing. So curious and sorry...
Theres a setting to adjust that in the infotainment (I believe, but haven't tried) but yeah with a/c I have never gone below 72F and that freezes me during summer months.
My temperature depends on exterior conditions. I never acclimated to automatic climate control. If it's <40F it's 81F-"HI"; if it's 50-65F, it's between 72&78F and if it's above that it's between 72 and 74F (with this vehicle seems temperatures run 2-4 degrees higher than others I have had to...
Depends on the conditions. If you are talking about as soon as it hits 4 bars on the dash? Lukewarm. If you are talking about idling for 15 minutes after the true full temp hit? Lukewarm. If you are talking about driving after true fell temp, it is hot.
Regarding the original post (sorry I went off-topic) I spent 5 years of owning automatics and had automatic regret. When I bought the integra I was only looking for a manual transmission and I am just over a year into ownership and not once have I wanted to go back to driving any kind of automatic.
Honda manuals IMO are easier to drive than many others. I taught my (older) brother how to drive a manual in a 2005 civic si which he subsequently became speedracer in and did plenty of overconfidence damage.
I learned the hard way with an easily frustrated father, a cammed engine running a...
Likely due to design but at first start there will be no heat as the heat comes from the engine. The footwell heat coming on sooner than vents is likely due to placement of the heater core. Somebody around here can probably chime in with a graphic that I'm too lazy to look up.
While I would never condone lying as I will always be of the opinion that the truth sets you free...this one seems like bending the truth slightly is necessary to avoid any conflict with the massive corporation that this is a drop in the bucket to.
How did they do it? Don't know? These kind of things are happening more recently in the news maybe they used one of those new fangled devices to spoof the wireless key and thought it was worth money.
