You sure picked a not so easy mod to do to be new to working on cars.
Make sure you check your CV Boot and axle for any damage too. It is very common on 10th and 11th gen Civic when removing suspension components. Check for leaks on the boot and odd noises when driving.
I had the same issue on my Civic. Same side too. Only @ low speeds. Was impossible to find it, and I never did. I checked all the bolts and had everything to factory spec.
The car was fine but it just annoyed the hell out of me. I cant stand suspension noises lol

Your speedo will be off a lil. You want a 235/35/19 to stay factory specs. Car is sitting a little high lol
