Crv cranks but doesn’t start

I have a 99 crv had a b20bz but had blown motor so I swapped in my b18b1 motor and we successfully swapped it in but it won’t completely start it gets fuel and work every wire is connected ground is connected the cranks sensor is connected new starter and battery but it won’t fully start at all I put in a new ecu and still won’t fully start idk why it won’t and I need help on figuring out why any info helps plz
