  1. FS in North Carolina: Automatic dimming mirror with homelink, barely used - $110 shipped

Here's my post on completing the install following the Honda provided instructions. https://www.integraforums.com/forum/threads/retrofit-honda-civic-dimming-mirror-w-homelink.50656/page-2#post-850973
  2. Gasket under hood vent shifted?

Maybe when they reinstalled it after applying the PPF they didn't position it correctly and then over time, with expansion & contraction, it shifted some?
  3. Interior panel removal? (Sub install)

For anyone who may be interested, I just found out that ALLDATAdiy now has the Integra, DE4 and DE5, repair manuals available. I bought a 3yr subscription using discount code DEMO10 for 10% off. They do have shorter, less costly options, but I was ok w/ the 3yr price.
  4. Not recommended: Installed the Power tailgate kit from Mikstore

Your pictures of why you can only have one button at a time don't really convey why that is the case. There's a switch hole with a cover in each picture. I would expect that is where the power tailgate switch would be installed. That said, the FL5 installation directions mention pressing the...
  5. DIY Power Folding Mirrors: a journey

    Yes, I finished the install.

  7. 1.5T 27Won Intake Snorkel Installed with PRL HVI

I'm curious why there's even a need to grind that support. I would think they could easily adjust their form to better accommodate it, especially after seeing your last picture.
  8. Auto Folding Mirrors installed

Just completed the install of the model F kit. I followed the Civic SI installation instructions and only the steps for the grey, black, and green wires. I decided to swap the entire base as it seemed like my original color matched Type-S base covers wouldn't fit. This was a bit of a hassle due...
  9. 2nd gear grind

@ITSDAD Thanks, I skipped to the last post and forgot to go back to the first post.
  10. 2nd gear grind

@Integra23 and @ST675R could either of you post some pics and/or steps for what you did, for others who may be experiencing this issue?
  11. DIY Power Folding Mirrors: a journey

Here are a couple pictures of the rubber gasket.
  12. DIY Power Folding Mirrors: a journey

I haven't installed them yet so I can't say for sure how the image is comparatively speaking. I didn't take any pictures, but let me know if there's something in particular you'd like to see. For now it would be pretty easy to get a picture of just about anything related to the black plastic...
  13. Does Type S have tilting passenger mirror on reverse?

I think @Integra23 installed the reverse tilt from mikstore, or may just be speaking from past experience. There may be a difference in how much that tilts vs. the factory tilt for Integra's equipped with seat memory.
  14. DIY Power Folding Mirrors: a journey

As @akoza mentions, you don't have to swap the bases, just the painted plastic for the black plastic. That said, I removed the black plastic this morning just to see how it's done. Here are the steps: Carefully remove the black plastic with the two ridges on it. Pull the rubber gasket away from...
  15. DIY Power Folding Mirrors: a journey

I'll be tackling installing the Model F kit in the near future. I think this post has most, if not all, of the information needed for the install, but keep in mind it was done using the Model C kit as the Model F kit wasn't available at that time...
  16. Auto Folding Mirrors installed

I'm not sure you need the power tilt adapter as much as the window switch to enable the setting, which would suggest canbus communication, as shown in this post: https://www.integraforums.com/forum/threads/auto-folding-mirrors-installed.51336/post-851777 Once my model F kit arrives and I get it...
  17. Three stages of DTC in regards to Pops and Bangs

In the US a number of auto parts retailers offer free DTC reading/resetting. I think the same may be available in Ontario, CA since you have some of the same auto parts retailers. Something to keep in mind for future DTCs.
  18. Safari Edition Build

Looks like you're in PA, correct? If so, whoever you take your car to for state inspections may fail you due to the change in tire diameter. Depends on how closely they follow the PA inspection rules. If that is the case and you still have a set of wheels/tires that are close to, if not exactly...
  19. Rear ended at 3k miles.

In my experience, shops will include blending on the quote, but if they get a really good match they may end up not blending as much or at all.
  20. Next Gen TLX/RLX/Legend Patent Renders

Could the front grill and quad exhaust be hinting at an e:FCEV? Or maybe a platform which may have an EV and ICE option?
