Interior panel removal? (Sub install)

Thinking of upgrading my factory sub. Anyone know of any "how to's" for panel removal in the trunk? I don't like the idea of just prying on panels without having seen it done before.

I’m itching to do this too. Also, does anyone know the speaker size for the front doors? I’m sure that a nice 2ohm component speaker system will bring the system to life.

For anyone who may be interested, I just found out that ALLDATAdiy now has the Integra, DE4 and DE5, repair manuals available. I bought a 3yr subscription using discount code DEMO10 for 10% off. They do have shorter, less costly options, but I was ok w/ the 3yr price.
