I installed my Takeda intake right around the same time you did. Have a couple hundred miles on it so far. No check engine lights or other issues with exhaust yet. I'll update if that changes.
Iāve got the Rally Armor flaps. OEM option is a little bulky for my taste, but anything will help keep the car a bit cleaner. Pictures in the other thread:

Just got home from Pikeās Peak. Drove my Type S up to Devils Playground to watch the race. Several hours of stop and go traffic up hill made for a very long morning and a very sore leg.
Saw the two Integraās at fan fest and on the course. Kinda want the hood from the Type S race car.
Thanks. Wheels have been great. My only regret is going with a lighter color with the abundance of brake dust the car makes.
Uses the same brackets as the A spec. So same 2 screws. We just did lots of tweaks to get the holes placement and sizing right. I had the rears on and off so many...
Hadnāt checked for a while, so not exactly sure when they were added, but the Type S flaps are available from Rally Armor again.

Still working on tweaks for the rear flaps from Rally Armor. For anyone thinking about trying to retrofit the Aspec versions, I'd wait. You can poke new holes and get them to sorta fit, but hopefully, an updated version of the Type S fitment will be available in the not-too-distant future...
Iāve been working with Rally Armor support since the beginning of December. I think weāre pretty close to a final product for the Type S. I donāt know for sure when/if theyāll be available for purchase but Iāll have the latest revision on Thursday and can share more pictures on the fitment.
Support confirmed that there is not currently a Type S version of the product. It was mislabeled and has been updated on their site to a-spec. With some modification (poking new holes) you can get them to a point where they mostly fit But they are still a bit too narrow.
Not sure if they plan...
For anyone that was looking at these Iām wondering if someone at Rally Armor mislabeled things.
Got mine today and they donāt fit. The rears did but the fronts werenāt even close to the right size. Like they were intended for the a-spec.
Noticed that on the web site the Type S is no longer...
I had the same issue because of the carbon fiber spoiler install. They have to drill several new holes in the installation. Video if you're curious.
I cleaned mine out every few days but they kept coming until I took it into the body shop for unrelated issues and they had to take the hatch...
A taller sidewall ideally gives a slightly better ride and less chance to bend a rim. Price is also a consideration, dropping to 18 and to a narrower wheel makes tires a bit cheaper.
Yeah, had a bubble or some dust under the paint on the rear hatch and some rather deep scratches on either side of the rear glass. Also some large drops of adhesive or clear coat on each side skirt. So a few weeks of waiting for approval from Acura before they re-painted those problem areas...
Got my car back from the dealer yesterday after a few weeks of paint fixes. Temperatures have dropped well below freezing so swapped on all season tires and new wheels. 18ā Enkei TS-V and Continental DWS 06 Plus. Much more confidence inspiring than the PS4S tires in the cold.
Yep, just installed mine last night. You can watch them pop Into the tire pressure info display one by one as you drive. I just drove maybe 2 miles before all 4 got picked up and began showing the pressures.
