Anyone using or having issues trying to use Acura link app? I can control my car but cannot see details such as tire pressure, gas and oil life . Refreshing doesn’t connect .

Mine works fine, except for being a little slow and not updating automatically. If I open the app and tap "refresh", it takes 30 seconds or so before it updates.

My wife's Lexus has a similar app, and it updates when you open the app. It takes maybe half the time to update. It's a nicer app too, that has more functions.

Honda should poach Toyota's mobile developer.

Others have mentioned some work arounds before. Remove car from your garage. Delete the app then reinstall and log back in. If your app isn't updated, try updating from the store. If none of those work contact support in the app to make a ticket. Response time isn't bad in my experience. Though them solving the issue depends on your situation. My problem took over a month to fix.

Personally I like the app. I can see where my car is using location. I can lock/unlock if I want to. Using any of these features does lag. Connecting to the servers depends if you car is not surrounded by buildings, obstacles or indoors

Does anyone have issues transferring ownership? I bought mine used and i followe the instructions. It keeps trying to verify and internet signal is good in the area I’m in.

Yes , I cannot transfer on it. Think I may need to send a email or phone call to Acura link services .

Which model do you have? Is it the a-spec technology package? Because I have a base and it shows nothing
