I guess it is to be expected given overseas factory's leadtimes nowadays.
I work with many far-east factories at my job. It is a never ending delay between raw materials and logistics.

as Someone working in sales I totally understand these issues and that in general things Happen.
However the key thing is keeping the customers in the loop which was not done. Like we shouldn’t have had to wait till after the date the product was supposed to be here to find out there’s a 2 month delay. That’s mainly where my issue lies. Especially since they have our money already
