But they look good tho. Dat slam is fire.Hate to be a party pooper, but these are terrible springs for a number of reasons. 10th Gen Si's that the Integra shares these adaptive dampers with are showing signs of accelerated wear, including blown dampers. The 2" drop with a low spring rate compresses the damper beyond a safe travel range, so you are bottoming out a lore more frequently which leads to a harsh ride. Being under heavy compression + incorrect spring rate means your dampers are expected to wear out a lot faster. Let's not forget that the Integra weighs 250lbs more than the 10th Gens that these were designed for, so that's additional load bearing on the dampers that will reduced to even further wear.
Anytime I ask guys why they bought these springs is because they're cheap + they offer the lowest drop. What they don't consider is that each Si/Integra Damper costs $500 USD/$700 CAD to replace, so come time to fix the mess it's going to hurt your wallet. Secondly, most guys that are trying to spend less with these springs also don't spend on a camber kit, so they end up with accelerated tire wear and worn out bushings faster.
Wow, just noticed you're also from Toronto. Sorry to say brother, any shop selling these springs whether in our city or online anywhere are more interested in lining up their pockets with sales rather than selling a quality product to customers. I could make a killing selling these because the young ones want the most for the cheapest but I've always given this setup a hard no because I wouldn't trust them on my own cars. In two or less winter seasons you will see that the springs are rusted out from the salt on our roads, and that's before considering that a single hard pothole on our lovely roads will do immediate damage.
Sorry to sound a bit harsh, I've had way too many cars roll through the shop needing repairs because they went with these at first since they weren't told/researched better.
Sarcasm. I know coilovers are the only way to go that low in the long run because matched spring/damper and have made the lowering spring mistake when I was one of those youngsters.
In general lowering springs are asking for trouble.
