Finally! I got my email about the worm gear/mild rant

I went to Acura telling them about what I seen when I looked up my car with the vin showing a super vague recall and realized omg thank god this isn’t normal for the new steering’s cause it has been fighting me for a year on the road I got used to it so I’ll yank its little when it would stick at moderate to high speeds I noticed in sport steering it would calm tf down brought it in they needed to inspect it before being able to order the part took 2 inspections and he couldn’t find what was wrong took it for a test drive multiple times to tell me there’s no issue and almost got charged twice they asked me for a good review to void the 2 charges so I left didn’t need to pay wasted a bunch of time for essentially nothing and then a week later I get the email saying your good to get it replaced no questions asked this time Camco Acura everyone 🫥 sorry for the mild rant.
