Awesome share! Thanks!

Personally I went with wider 18's for family comfort (new baby too), cold weather, potholes. I won't drive it in the snow, so no need for narrow setup.

I do plan on using the oem setup next year as well as get another set of 19's for the track close to the oem wheel specs - maybe slightly wider but not much - for circuit stuff. Have my eye on Rays G025's in dark amber clear.

I agree the driving dynamics changed as far as cornering is concerned, somewhat negatively - but so has grip from going to the all seasons from summer rated which is obvious. So for us in the colder months, it serves its purposes. But I can't wait to get a stickier tire back on with some forged 19's closer to the oem specs next year.

I want the Rays G025 after seeing this car on IG. They cost a pretty penny though.

I could go dig in my post history to prove it, the G025 is kind of the only wheel I like right now, and they're available in 19" with reasonable offsets. Apex VS-5RS is nice too- especially for the cost- but I think they'll be super popular (especially considering they're sold out ATM...). I don't REALLY care about exclusivity but... I also kind of do.

This is the first I've seen them on an ITS, and they do not disappoint. I can't tell if these are the dark amber though. Can you link the instagram post? I'd love to see more pics.

And yes they're not cheap. Last I checked about $6k just for wheels.

I agree that these & Apex definitely look similar. And Apex way less. Got mine for around $2500. System Motorsports had good prices on the G025, I think around $4500 for 19’s. Or check with Luigi, but his website is new & not as interactive.

I have watched car enthusiast change wheels and tires for years expecting big, positive changes. Unless you really know what you are doing or are following professional advice, it often doesn't do much but improve the looks. Just like using a dynamometer to verify engine changes, only track comparisons will tell you if you have improved performance, or set it back a few notches. Honda and Acura have a slew of engineers working on the development of these cars and it is not too likely that the ordinary person can just buy some tires and rims off of the internet and improve the car's performance. I think the R&T article was spot-on with their analysis, so beware of a wheel/tire salesman telling you that this will take a 1/2 second off of your lap times until you see it proven.

Recently installed a set of 19” TE37 Ultras in place of my 18” CE28 Club racers. The wheels came with a 255/35, which isn’t ideal and am debating on switching to 275/30 or 265/35 in the future.

It looks like those G025s are running a 275/30 setup based on the sidewall, but i can’t tell for certain. Would love to see any others who are running a 275/30 to gauge how it fits

Those are gorgeous. The Enkei GTC02s seem very similar and they fit pretty well too. For those that don't have another 4G's burning a hole in our pockets.

I’m running 275/35/18 on a 10.5” et47 wheel. Not exactly a 30 or 19 tho so not sure if that’s useful to you.

I agree, those G025’s look amazing. I was going to go after a set but they look a lot like the Apex I already have. Thinking Work custom wheels in the distant future.
