So I had ordered a Platinum White Pearl with red interior type s because I was getting tired of waiting for my type r which I have had a deposit on for a year and a half, but then my type r finally came in at the same time when my type s is slated to be delivered. The type s is due in to the dealership within the next two days. The vehicle is at msrp with only one required option a $695 acura protection package which includes floor mats as well as a bunch of other extras. The dealership I purchased it through is Acura of Turnersville in Turnersville New jersey. Just trying to help someone on the forum out because I know how hard these can be to find at msrp.

Yes it was an extra unit that had just been built it was not from the original preorders or a dealer demo unit.

Rip, it's probably safe to assume that if we have a deposit on a white/red and didn't get a VIN that we missed the first batch

Yep I seen those as well and called the some dealerships with some in transit, and most are already claimed for
