Rpm gauage going crazy

I just filled up at the pump and shortly after about a few minutes my rpm Guage was going crazy. I attached a YouTube video. When I turned off the car and restarted it went back to normal but was very weird. Has anyone else experienced this?

The Guage was also hitting the redline I just did not capture that in time

Used to happen in my 17 civic hatch. Took to the dealer but since I could never replicate it, they couldn’t fix it. Happened a few times, but after awhile, never happened again

Holy sh** at the outside temp reading. Again I wonder aloud if the heat has any factor here? Maybe the sensor is just going on strike, lol

There definitely could be a relationship between the heat and that condition. I wonder if you hooked it up to a computer while doing it, if it would read correct or abnormal.
