When I picked up my car today I asked the dealer about buying a service manual for the integra - I have one for my old civic, it’s the size of two phone books & has everything you need to know about the car. Apparently they don’t make service manuals anymore that they sell to the public, it’s all online & he made it sound like you need to be a dealer to have access. Figure there has to be a pdf version of it somewhere, anyone come across it yet?

Thanks, yea that is probably it. Sucks they don’t offer a hard copy version, maybe they will eventually. The prices on that site are a rip off - $25 a day, $125/month, or $1250 a year to access. But could maybe make a pdf copy of the whole thing in a day, if ambitious enough.

Yeah, I don’t know what the access is like. I’ve seen a handful of pages for different Honda/Acura models online though. I was researching how to replace the rear seatbelts in my MDX since my dog chewed them. Found a couple message boards where people were sharing the relevant pages on request. But the replacements came with instructions so I didn’t need to ask anyone. Would love the entire integra service manual though!

edit: apparently you can download from SIS. If I ever get to the point of needing service manual I’ll probably do that.

Paper manuals have been gone for a while now and will not return ever. Our manuals on sis are a pain if you have never used one to navigate.

Write a basic Python script that can download each page/section and another to merge it into one.

I may actually consider it… I was just trying to find the wiring diagram for the rearview mirror so I can mirror tap it for my radar detector power source.

Take a look at the HomeLink mirror discussion. I think the wire that they jumper to provide power to the HomeLink feature is the one you want.

Any chance you got this to work?

I haven’t gotten around to it, too many side things to do. I’d bet you could ask ChatGPT to write it for you and with a little guidance it would work.
