Hello everyone! My name is Naseef and here I’ll be documenting my build of my Integra! Firstly want to thank and shoutout @Unity Performance for supplying parts and supporting the build! Also a big shoutout to my boy @Thusee for the install work and servicing of my car
If you are looking for parts for your 2023 Integra or your 2022 Civic, @Unity Performance is the place to go! Check them out here, and let the owner Humza know that I sent you
I am located here in Canada, in Toronto. @Unity Performance has been and will continue to be my source for all parts for my Integra. Previously I owned a 2019 Civic Touring CVT with FBO and tune. I’ve since traded that in for the Integra!
Day 0 mods list:
The car drives awesome with this spring set up. The springs give the drop I’m looking for while maintaining a comfortable ride. They can be a bit bouncy in comfort mode, but I’ll take that over an overly stiff spring for daily use, however I wouldn’t recommend these for track use.
The front strut bar + brake brace was installed on my 2019 Civic before, and I’d highly recommend it for anyone looking for a bit more stability in high speed corners and a stiffer brake pedal feel when you really get on the brakes.
The 20mm front spacer set up turned out to be mildly problematic. The bolts were digging into the back of the wheel hub, leaving an indent on all of the wheels on the front. The solution was to go even wider, at 25mm all around. I no longer have issues with the 25mm square setup, and to be honest I prefer the ever so slightly wider look. It looks like a hot wheels car!
The @ACUITY shifter bushings makes shifting gears much more confidence inspiring. There is no doubt as to which gear I am in, if I’m in gear, and you can’t beat the extra mechanical feel of the bushings doing their work! Cheaper mod and I would highly recommend to anyone looking to level up their shifting experience.
The Whiteline rear sway bar acts as expected. The rear end feels much more stable in corners and the car rotates nicely into corners without feeling like the rear is going to snap out. I 100% recommend the RSB for anyone.
My wheels are my prized possession I picked them up from a dear friend many years ago and have yet to even consider getting rid of them. Unfortunately with them being an older design (from 2007), the offset is not very aggressive, hence the spacer set up to complement the wheel set up. They weigh approximately 17 lbs a piece, which is big weight savings compared to the OEM wheel. With my Mugen wheel set up, the car feels way lighter on its toes and more ready to tackle corners, handle hard braking, and accelerate faster. I highly recommend a lightweight wheel set up!
I will update the thread with new mods as they come along. Feel free to post any questions or anything down below!!! I look forward to sharing both my ownership experience with this car as well as my mods journey with everyone
