Do you think dealers will get multiples or one at a time?
It all depends on how many they will pump out for dealerships. We can’t compare to other Type S releases because those were during the pandemic and not many were showing at dealerships from what I recall.

I’ve decided that I don’t like the final look of the ITS or it’s price and think Acura sucks now and aren’t trying hard enough even though it hasn’t been unveiled yet… it’ll never be good enough… case closed :)

I've given it some thought, and I've decided I'd have no problem doing the daily school drop-off and pick-up with all that aero. Bring it on.
my blue 2020 Si got lots of attention and admiration and school and summer camp pickup/dropoff. It was the only cool car among a sea of SUVs and minivans.

That puts it incredibly close to the TLX Type-S.

Agreed. Tlx type s with 355hp AWD is about 54k with more expected luxury features.

Most outlets estimate 47-48k max. When it's competition is s3, cla, and bmw comparable models are at 47k already. Anything over 50k will be DOA.

None of those cars have a manual though. I’d already own a tlx type s if it had a manual. If I’m going to drive an automatic may as well drive a pickup truck. The manual is the pitch for this car. If it were only an auto , I think it would be DOA even at 45

Too close to type r though??
I think we put too much thought in comparing this to the Type R. I understand that they are the same company and same engine. But as it was said above, the competition among the luxury brands is around 47k. Honda has its competitors and Acura has its own. There’s no way Acura is holding its entry level luxury performance model that close to its next tier performance model in the TLX Type S. The ITS is not competing with the Type R, it’s supporting the TLX Type S. That’s why the base Integra was only a couple grand more than the SI. The integra wasn’t meant to be the next tier civic.
