I got to a checkout after entering personal info and it just said waiting for cart information and didn't populate..

Not really, just luck I guess. Once I got to the personal info page it would error after submitting it. I would just click back and redo it.

I contacted my dealer after I saw 3 pending payments. It looks like they can let you know if it went through or not.

I also contacted my dealer and they got my payment and reservation. I should have reservation despite the website not working! I will update if something changes.
