And my reservation is in. Having been in the IT industry for 30yrs I found this maddening. C’mon…this wasn’t Apple going live with new iPhone sales in 2015 and not doing proper load testing for hundreds of thousands of simultaneous requests. AHM probably had a few thousand simultaneous connection requests at most…certainly < 10k.

Sheesh, they could have tested with freely available software.

I hit refresh and it said error pending cart........

I just kept going back to the beginning of the reservation process. I figured if the IT monkeys actually were working on it it would be best to NOT simply refresh the failing page try to submit using the same token ID.

If you get to the "don't refresh page" wait for it to timeout and then refresh
Tried phone ,with 2 browsers, and PC with multiple tabs and sessions. Had the personal info go through 4 times but stuck on that don't refresh page

Hearing this makes it sound like even Acura's own IT department figured people wouldn't want to reserve it at $52k, and wasn't expecting any web traffic.

Hoping those of you that keep having issues are able to get a reservation through the system.
