I got the same error and a pending charge as well. Waiting on my dealer to confirm whether they see the reservation.
I don't know about you, but I hate this feeling, even if we are in the same boat. Sound like there isn't anything we could do to rescue ourselves at this point.😂

I did for Tiger Eye. Same for Liquid Carbon but I got an official email about the waitlist for that

This was a matter of persistence, not punctuality, terrible site--I was trying before 1PM EST and didn't get a confirmed reservation until 2:14 PM EST.

What a joke!

Right? I work in IT for a government agency, and our budget for infrastructure is far lower than Acura's, but I guarantee any of our sites would be capable of handling the level of traffic they received. That process was an embarrassment.

Well shoot that's not very reassuring. I haven't gotten a single confirmation email just that I took my money.

I really don't have that much hope. Even if I do get the reservation I'll still be a little PO'd.

I just emailed Acura corporate mentioning the horrendous rollout of that reservation process, and I implore others to do the same. There is frankly no excuse for a "Premium" brand to drop the ball that hard on something so simple.

I waisted over an hour till I got it to go through

Mine finally went thru after an hour of multiple tabs and devices open and refreshing! Looks like I need to find interior ASPEC rear seats in red to swap out eventually.
