Normally dealer gets the VIN after the car is built. At least that what I was told here in Canada.

I’m curious what time OP successfully completed the reservation. My ABP reservation was done at 1:41pm eastern. I wonder if OP got one of the first blue ones….

Don't waste too much time pondering whether proximity to Marysville might mean an earlier arrival--these all go from Marysville to Chicago before they're shipping to dealerships. The sales volume of the dealership may mean more than anything.

In the US at least with the Ram truck brand, we receive VIN's before they're built & can track them on the line.
