Cheers mate. Waiting on a proper ETA. Official delivery ETA still "pending," so I only have the dealer's general estimate of 30 days.

Knowing some people get them in a few days after shipment, when we're all in the same country, is kind of wild LOL

Fingers crossed you are looking at closer to mid August. Just watching the demos roll out I saw how odd the distribution system is. Some of it might have been due to the embargo, but I think a lot of it could also be rail logistics. Just like them waiting for a full train to roll out of Ohio, it might be the same with Long Beach or whatever west coast yard they are using to stage the other west coast deliveries.

All kinds of things.. trying to figure out priorities. Tint, PPF.. .. Send ECU out... Then DP, FP, maybe Intercooler (where them charge pipes PRL?) ,vents, mirrors

You should definitely start a build thread! Those of us waiting for warranty to be up before performance mods can then live vicariously through you.

True but there are enough subtle differences to where I’d prefer to see it done on a DE5 before I fully commit.

I have had a similar experience with the Brentwood dealer. Gave them a check in March and still no build date. I am wondering about their relationship with Acura/Honda.

I chose my dealer based on the sales manager speech to me about their relationship to corporate, most NSX allocations nationwide, etc.... Then there was the whole 200 cars debacle, couldn't tell me if I got one, then my car appeared and disappeared. I questioned my choice in dealers, but to be honest, there is one consistent party in all this, Honda corporate. Not defending the dealers, just saying, my experience has been most of the issues are on Acura's side. There were production issues and they are likely still recovering, but in good news things appear to be much smoother now so hopefully it equalizes in a few months.

Just thought I'd update that more LCM's are arriving around me both in neighboring states (IN/IL) & in my town (Stl) where there's only one other dealership -while my pre-order is still at the plant.

I just want to finally say to someone who gets it...

THIS IS FUCKING STUPID, ACURA. Goddammit if you had nuts, I'd kick you there repeatedly. & I don't fight dirty unless survival depends on it, so that's saying a lot.

Don't tell me to be patient. I tell myself that all the time and it hasn't worked for decades. Yes, I know I'm overly aggressive, but I'm venting to the right crowd.
