Integra Type S PMC Edition

We all know PMC editions will be coming for the Type S, but what would it take for you to get one? If pre editions hold true to form, then the colors would be Curva Red, Laguna Beach Blue, and Championship White. Is there another color you would want to see?

What other features or accessories would you like to see added to the ITS during Mid Model Change (MMC), or in PMC editions?

Championship white would be nice though I wonder how it would compare to platinum white with the flakes. Phoenix yellow could be interesting

Presumably it'll be a $6-7k premium plus at least that in ADM, for cosmetic modifications.

I'm curious to see how the PMC editions play out, but I can't imagine a scenario that would make me want to try to get my hands on one. Maybe I'd consider it if my local dealer had one they'd get me at MSRP and a solid trade on mine but there would have to be something really appealing about it.

Based on how the PMC editions have been handled for other cars, I'd expect the full suite of standard accessories (bronze wheels, black badges, illuminated sills, carbon fiber spoiler / mirrors, etc.), plus maybe a carbon fiber diffuser, and the custom paint.

Considering TLX Type-S PMC pricing, we're probably looking at just over $60k (~$8k premium).

I briefly considered waiting on one, as I think the paint jobs are awesome, and I would have loved the Long Beach Blue or Gotham Gray, but I'd purely be paying for the paint job, as I have no interest in most of the standard accessories, and that's a lot to pay for this platform (imo).

I won't pay more for stuff that should be available already.
Rear A/C vents and charging ports were a big miss.

I'd say Phoenix Yellow is almost guaranteed, and they'll throw in 2-3 other heritage Acura colors you see in other PMC offerings (Curva Red, 130R White, Gotham Grey, Laguna Blue)--don't expect additional features though.

As @ABPDE5 highlighted, these are highly accessorized versions of the car they're based on, just hand-built at the PMC in limited numbers/specialty colors. It's unfair to suggest the price hike is all paint-related, the build quality should be fairly outstanding and there's cost to that as well.

The Type R's never had a sunroof. I don't understand why people expect this.

This is a true sports car. Build for handling. This is one of the best handling cars on the road for a FWD vehicle.

I'd consider it if there's no ADM, but no chance of that, even in a recession, dealers gonna greed.

Plenty of dealers even sell their PMC's at MSRP--if you'd want a crack at one at MSRP, call around from the list of MSRP dealerships and find one or more dealerships willing to start a list with you at the top. There are probably dealerships with lists already going since it's reasonable to assume a PMC edition with happen. Acura Columbus had a list of 2 (huge, I know) before ITS spy shots leaked.

For these MSRP dealerships, it doesn't hurt to have a list for anything, really.
