So does everyone's front bumper misaligns with the fender on their car? I feel like after the dealer took off the bumper to do the badge, mine now misaligns on the driver side like in the video. I don't remember it being that way before.

The problem with that particular corner, on either side of the bumper, is that it isnt held in with anything except for 1 plastic push clip and maybe some plastic friction tabs on the inside. So it can get misaligned pretty easily.

Yes, it should be fairly easy, all it would entail is removing the pushpin closest to it and lifting upward, the actual piece slots down into 2 friction tabs.

My only concern would be it getting loose over time with constant realignment.

That said if the entire bumper is slightly misaligned it may require the whole thing to be removed and repositioned.

My car had 2 washers under the clip on one side to ensure the alignment was good.

Interesting, thats a great tip as I imagine these things getting loose over time.

I didnt notice washers on mine but it was also 2am when I put the bumper back on after throwing the intercooler on lol.

Probably done during pdi to avoid a service visit.

Potentially. It was a "preorder" or whatever, so it's also possible they were a little more tight on the aesthetic QC for the first couple cars.

mine is misaligned ever so slightly, but because I have an LCM one it's not very noticable.

I removed my bumper and it is perfectly aligned. I wouldn’t be too worried, just be slow and careful in the pieces above the headlight. I didn’t crack any plastics. Also, don’t use a screwdriver or pry bar to unclip under the headlights. Just pull from the end of the bumper under the headlight towards you, like a dumbbell row, and not outwards. Does that make sense. Reinstalling is super easy

I'm terrified to remove the bumper because I feel like it may never be the same.
