What size or part numbers for these clips?

Hey all. I'm trying to figure out the part number or just size for the wire/cable releasable mounting clips. The specific ones I'm after are the two that mount cables on the FL5/DE5 ECU bracket. I tried generic ones from Amazon, but none of them fit..they're either the wrong size or the wrong shape. Thanks!

Are you looking to shave seconds off the labour required to install that particular harness? That's the only reason why those clips are the way they are.

It could be for if they try to sell the car later. If I popped a hood and saw random zip ties everywhere I’d end up looking elsewhere.
