3200 RPM Wobble?

So I keep getting told this is normal, but at 3200 RPM if I stay at that RPM steady for a few seconds, I start getting this loud wobble/vibration that feels and sounds like it’s coming from the mid/rear of the car. It’s really noticeable on the highway cruising in 5th at that RPM too. Here’s a quick video attached, listen back a few times you’ll hear what I mean. It’s not a small piece of plastic or the steering wheel you’re hearing it’s literally vibrating the whole car.

Seems normal. These engines vibrate a lot in the 3-4K RPM range. They took out the balance shafts when designing the K20C1.

I've been questioning this since May. The more people ask about it the more I'm confident this is a quirk of the design.

There was one member who said it was fixed by replacing something in/near the transmission housing but we never heard back.

I just hope it's not a massive recall issue.

My solution, go from 3k to 4k REALLY REALLY fast and shift at 7k

I would jack up the car and check for any contact area between exhaust and other chassis/suspension parts. If you're feeling it "literally vibrating the whole car", then it's not normal. I do not get a vibration through the whole car at any point in the rev band. Wastegate ringing, wastegate rattling, plastic resonating, rubber ticking, and a bunch of other interior noises are all there, but there is no physically felt vibration stemming from the driveline inside the cabin.

I don’t notice this in my car but I do recall some older honda’s as feeling this way. If there’s no balance shaft on the type s, it would def explain the sensation

Honestly I think this is up for interpretation... it's a bit facetious but I've described it as "vibrating the whole car" before too.

My dealer swears it's normal, after keeping the car for 4 days. I've given up and just try to ignore it. If it breaks, it breaks.

Yea there’s no balance shaft, which I didn’t know until the other day.
