Integra Type-S Center Console Replacement DIY Tutorial (3mins video)

I know personally this is a popular topic but with little information available (at least I couldn't find any) so I'm hoping to contribute to the community.

This is the Alcantara wrapped console I bought from Overland Designs:

Disclaimer:
• I'm NOT an expert and used the best tools I had available to me. Take your time and be patient to avoid any broken clips.
• Also make sure to protect the rest of your interior from getting scratched.
• I'm open to suggestions regarding this process so feel free to chime in.
• I believe the process should be similar to all manual Integras from 2023-onwards.

Tools used:
• Phillips screwdriver
• Prying tool
• 15mm wrench (i think 14mm might be the exact size but 15mm worked for me)
• Tiny screwdriver (for poking that small plastic clip)
• A lot of patience

Great video! Good call on removing the shift knob. Makes it just a bit easier to work under the panel and access the screws. I did mine the other day to wrap the piano black to match the flat black trim in the rest of the car. The alcantara looks like it belongs there - great job!

The one thing I recommend to pull the trim off is use a plastic trim removal tool. They're cheap and your fingers will thank you if you do this kind of thing often. Edit: I just read in your description that you used a prying tool. I may have missed that in the video.

Did I miss the part where you explain where you got the replcement part?
I had thought about ordering one from either an SI or other model that had anything rather than the piano black.
I really like this Alcantara one you used, where do we order one from?

Thanks, I love the look, I am 100% doing this mod when I take delivery.
Ill order the parts first so when I get the car, this is a day 1 mod.

I had an Alcantara steering wheel in my GLA45 and with time the oils from your hand will penatrate the Alcantara leaving it flat and oily looking. The process to clean the Alcantara is way too extensive for a lazy guy like me, so I'll wait until someone comes out with an identical look to the dash. Don't get me wrong the look of the Alcantara is fabulous but I'll need gloves inorder for me not to touch such beauty.

Alcantara protected:

Biggest difficulty was the shift knob torque nut was tightened way too much by the dealer. I had to hold the wrench on the nut Then wrap the knob with rubber and apply channel locks to loosen it
