58 y.o. w/ clean driving record in PA, and I pay $1010 per year. That is with a low mileage discount as I only drive about 5000 per year.

Use the VIN off an ITS at a dealer and use that for a quote. That's the best way to get your cost since it's dependent on so many things like everybody else already mentioned.

For what it's worth, my policy on my DE5 is going from $470/6mos to $577 at renewal. I am with USAA and I only drive this car around 5-6k a year. I have pretty high coverages too since I have an umbrella as well and there's minimum requirements for that.

Unfortunately, you're not going to get an apples to apples comparison as you are provided a quote based on your specific factors. As you see, a few folks in this thread mentions other things like location, multiple vehicles, discounts, bundling, etc. You also don't know what coverages people carry and how much limits they have.

Get the VIN like @egxflash mentioned, start getting online quotes from major players, I.e. Progressive, GEICO, State Farm, etc. Assuming you're going to finance the car, the bank you use or lienholder dictates how high your deductible can be - research your bank and find out so you can use that deductible for the quote (assuming cost is a concern, you could quote with a higher deductible).

Best of luck and hope it works out for you! Great car.

Just got mine, it’s mercury for the ITS and the wife’s model 3. Was 1800 for 6 months, coverage was 100/300/100k with 500 deductible.

Updated data point for my 2024 ITS. I just got a quote back that gave me $26.50CAD/month ($318/year) o_O

To give some context, this is for 10,000km/ year (6,000 miles), 8 month on the road, stored December 1st to March 30th. No accidents or claims and my wife and I are both professionals living a decent way outside the city.

2MCAD liability and all coverages with $500 deductible.

For those in Quebec, it's with Beneva (with multi-vehicle) . I also think the rarity (less claims) and the fact that it's manual only keeps the riffraff from driving it too.

I dealt with Stéphanie Couturier (418 686-3399, poste 2322) if anybody cares to check what they can get if you're located in the province of Quebec.

Mine is about 150/month for full coverage, and 1500 deductible. I figure if something happens I have no issues shelling out $1500. I was doing the $250 deductible for a while and the premiums were insane.

For that I usually ask them the difference between the levels. Example one year it was I think $30 cheaper a year to go from $500 to $1000. It means I'd have to drive over 15 years without a single claim to recoup the extra $500 if I were to make a claim.

Easy ones are the opposite, the premium drops $200/year to go from $250 to $500. First year you'd be out $50 but by the second year you're paying yourself.

Yep agree. I did the math on it and bumping it to $1500 made a big difference short and long term for me. Either way my premiums suck because I have 4 cars

As an update I saw a 10% increase end of last year. Current monthly cost is $55. 100k/300k w/$250 deductible

Here in overpriced and overtaxed NJ, I paid $1800 last year just for the teg. NJM insurance. Can't get insurance much better than NJM here in NJ. My S2000 and SVT Lightning are $1250/yr with Hagerty.
