That is one heck of a rattle! I have an annoying rattle in a similar location - seemingly behind the instrument panel or possibly the start button - but it is softer than yours. Mine sounds more like a wire hitting hard plastic, but soft enough that I can't capture it on a video. I hope you figure out yours. Mine is driving me nuts. Yours sounds different, but worse.

I had a similar sound, and I’m almost sure it’s the same one you’re experiencing. The noise doesn’t come from the seatbelt itself but from the seatbelt buckle — the part where you click it in to secure it. It was tricky for me to reproduce the sound, but once I managed to do it, I was able to fix it, and the problem never came back. The fix is simple: apply a bit of silicone lubricant (or any lubricant, but I found silicone doesn’t leave a smell inside the car) to the bolt that holds the seatbelt buckle in place. Just apply some there, move the buckle slightly so the lubricant spreads, and that should take care of it. It’s been over a year since I fixed mine, and I haven’t heard the noise again.

Mine had rattle from center console, headliner, drivers foot panel and both seat belt adjuster. Paint quality is subpar, driver mirror shake, first and last Acura for me.. my dealer doesnt care and told me its normal as it’s basicslly a Civic, but I wouldn’t accept those rattles from a Civic too..

Right side door card at certain rpm’s I have a rattle. I will take the card off to secure whatever cables are making the noise eventually. My LC, after 5 years, doesn’t have a single rattle. Thing is put together tightly.
